Ageless Grace – Parkinson’s Edition®
Ageless Grace – Parkinson’s Edition is tailored for people with Parkinson’s and their care people. A Parkinson’s disease patient can enhance attention span, increase levels of working memory, speed up the brain’s processing power and thereby stimulate healing and improve poor balance and other movement disorders.

Ageless Grace Essentials®
Ageless Grace is a fitness and wellness program consisting of 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease. Each tool emphasizes different anti-aging techniques, joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, and playfulness. The exercises are based on the science of neuroplasticity—the ability of the brain and central nervous system to change form and function. Exercises are designed to be practiced in a chair and are easy to perform.

Balanced Core
Your core is key! These 45-minute packed workouts focus on total core strength, flexibility, and balance. Hit the entire abdominal area and more.

Barre Fusion
Barre fusion combines movements inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates to create a low-impact, full-body workout focused on muscular endurance.

Cardio & Tone (Active Older)
A low-impact, low-intensity workout designed to keep you moving safely and confidently. This class combines gentle cardio intervals with light strength training to help tone muscles, improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and elevate your heart rate. Perfect for active older adults looking to build strength, boost endurance, and support overall wellness in a supportive group setting.

Cardio HIIT
Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun! Cardio HIIT class is high-intensity interval training mixed with cardio and periods of recovery, along with upbeat music to keep your heart pumping! All fitness levels welcome, with options to challenge or modify as needed.

Cardio Step Together
A fun, music-driven step workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and balance. Using easy-to-follow choreography and adjustable intensity options, this low-impact class combines rhythmic stepping patterns with light strength and mobility movements. Perfect for those looking to boost endurance, stay mobile, and enjoy movement in a supportive group environment (intermediate level class).

Core Connection
Total body conditioning with an emphasis on strengthening the core muscles, like the lower back and abs. Body weight, free weights, and other tools are used to keep your heart rate elevated and muscles challenged.

Core Focus Together
Core Focus Together gives you three-dimensional strength training in 30 action-packed minutes. A stronger core improves athletic performance, enhances movement health, and helps prevent back pain. Coaching and music will push you through it.

Core30
Your core is the powerhouse behind every move you make. In just 30 minutes, Core30 delivers targeted strength and stability work that builds a strong foundation for movement, posture, and performance. Expect focused training that hits your entire core—front, back, and sides—to help you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury.

Cycle45
A 45-minute indoor cycling workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, build lower-body strength, and boost overall energy. Ride through a variety of terrains including hills, intervals, and steady-paced efforts while controlling your own resistance and intensity. Suitable for all fitness levels—you set the pace while enjoying motivating music and a supportive group atmosphere.

Energetics
Energetics is a well-rounded fitness class designed for active older adults looking to improve overall health, mobility, and energy. This class combines cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance work, and flexibility to support everyday movement and functional fitness. Participants will enjoy a safe, supportive environment with exercises that can be modified for all fitness levels, helping build confidence, stability, and total-body wellness.

Enhance Fitness®
Enhance Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise program designed to help older adults improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall mobility in a supportive and social environment. This low-impact class focuses on functional movements that make everyday activities easier while helping reduce the risk of falls.

Fascia & Flow 
Unbind your body. Unlock your movement. This class targets the fascia—where true tension lives—blending dynamic release, restorative acupressure, and deep hydration techniques to restore elasticity and free stuck patterns from the inside out

Fitness Fusion
This class will blend a variety of strength training techniques to challenge muscle strength and develop muscle endurance. The class format will utilize kettlebells, hand weights, resistance bands, and more to accomplish your strength training goals.

Flow For All
Flow For All yoga class is a great option for all levels of practice and abilities. This practice includes a mix of relaxation, breathwork, and energizing movement, incorporating core work, balance work, and longer stretching sequences. 

Gentle Yoga
A gentler yoga practice, performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions.  Practice includes meditation, breathwork, and relaxation.

Gluteous MaxOut 
Fire up your lower body in this glute-focused strength class designed to build power, stability, and confidence. Using a mix of bodyweight and resistance training, you’ll target the glutes, hips, and core through controlled, functional movements. All levels welcome, with modifications and progressions offered.

Lifespan Fit
The Lifespan Fit program offers a diverse range of exercises to improve muscular strength, flexibility, and functional mobility for everyday tasks. Participants have the option to use a chair for additional support during seated or standing exercises.

Mindful Stretch
Deep Stretch is a calming and restorative class designed to enhance flexibility, release tension, and promote overall relaxation. Whether you’re recovering from an intense workout or simply looking to release the stress of the day, this class offers a series of slow, deliberate stretches targeting key muscle groups.

Pilates
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance balance in this mat-based Pilates class. Focused, controlled movements help build body awareness and support better posture and alignment.

Power Yoga
This energetic yoga class moves quickly through repetitive yoga series and balance poses to tone and energize. Power yoga allows intermediate and advanced students to feel equally challenged.

Restore & Breathe
A gentle, nourishing class blending soft movement, restorative postures, calming breathwork, and guided meditation to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and return to a sense of ease and balance.

Rolling & Mobility
Our mobility improvement class will incorporate foam rollers and massage balls to target muscles and fascia, promoting relief for any discomfort or tightness. Participants can expect to leave feeling revitalized and invigorated.

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga.  A Slow Flow class will help you find space between poses while retaining a gentle rhythm.  Moving slowly helps build strength and mobility. A perfect place to start!

Strength & Length
This class will provide 40 minutes of strength with a nice, long stretch at the end. This class will improve balance, posture, and strength by using your body weight, weights, and other equipment. Intermediate to advanced fitness level.

Strength Circuit
This class offers a variety of fitness challenges for the upper body, lower body, and core. Be the first to discover your personal strengths through resistance and total body weight exercises. You’ll be amazed at your accomplishments and results

Strength Train Together
Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best!

STRONG Nation®
STRONG Nation s a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines cardio, strength, and conditioning moves synced to powerful music. Using bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, punches, and core work, every movement is matched to the beat to help you push harder and stay motivated.

Survivor Strong
A class designed for those who have graduated from the Livestrong at the Y program or approved cancer survivors, Survivor Strong focuses on low-impact exercises to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Enjoy joint-friendly movements, mobility work, and stretching, with a relaxing cool-down. Each session ends with 10 minutes of community-building time to connect, share, and support one another in a welcoming environment.

Tabata Core Crusher
The Tabata Core Crusher class provides a high-intensity cardio workout in Tabata-style intervals, interspersed with focused exercises to strengthen and tone the core muscles.

Treadmill Training
Improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and walking or running performance in this guided treadmill workout. Using a mix of intervals, hills, and steady-paced efforts, participants can adjust speed and incline to match their fitness level. Perfect for anyone looking for structured cardio training, increased stamina, and a motivating group environment while working at their own pace.

Yin-Rest Yoga
A hybrid of yin, gentle yoga, and restorative practice designed to help you start the week on a truly relaxing note. Class begins with 20–30 minutes of yin, followed by a brief intermission of gentle movement to support mobility and ease of motion. We then transition into 1–3 restorative postures, held for 5–10 minutes each, before closing with an extended 10–15 minute Savasana.

This class is designed to gently and appropriately stress the connective tissues to support increased mobility, while allowing the body to settle into deep rest — helping to soothe the fascia, release the mental load you may be carrying, and promote a sense of inner contentment.

Yoga
This class is a mixture of flow and holding poses. Flexibility, ROM and some core strength are components. Good for all levels.

Yogalates
Boost core strength, flexibility, and posture with a mix of Pilates and yoga. This class targets key muscle groups for a balanced, rejuvenating workout that leaves you feeling strong, lengthened, and aligned.

Zumba®
is a fun, high-energy dance fitness workout that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow choreography. This calorie-burning class blends cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility into an exciting party-like atmosphere. No dance experience needed—just move, sweat, and have fun!

Zumba Gold®
A low-impact Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

CENTRAL GROUP FITNESS

Energetics
Class focuses on cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility for a well-rounded workout.

Enhance Fitness
Includes warm-up, low-impact cardio, strength, and stretching. This class uses wrist and ankle weights for upper and lower body strength exercises. Everyone has a chair and all of the exercises can be done from a standing or sitting position.

Power Through Parkinson’s
This class is tailored specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD), focusing on improving flexibility, strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health. It incorporates PWR! Moves and engaging boxing drills, all designed to address the unique symptoms of PD. Above all, the class is structured to be fun, motivating, and uplifting, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all participants. This class is facilitated in collaboration with the Michigan Parkinson Foundation. Bringing your own boxing gloves is highly encouraged but not required.

PWR! Moves
This class is designed to improve mobility, strength, and balance. It targets key movement patterns to help counteract symptoms like rigidity and slowness. Suitable for all stages of Parkinson’s, the class helps participants maintain independence, enhance movement, and improve overall quality of life in a supportive group setting. Free community class.

Strength Fusion
Strength Fusion is a well-rounded workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and improve flexibility to support long-term mobility and overall fitness. This energizing class combines controlled strength exercises, low-impact cardio bursts, and mobility work to keep you moving with confidence. Focusing on functional movement and proper form, this class is perfect for anyone looking to stay strong, active, and resilient. All fitness levels are welcome, with options to challenge or modify as needed.

Stretch & Mobility
Improve mobility, stability, and overall body awareness in this gentle yet effective class focused on flexibility and balance. Through guided stretching, core activation, and balance exercises, participants will enhance posture, reduce muscle tension, and support injury prevention. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for active aging, recovery days, or anyone looking to move with greater ease and confidence.

Strong Body
Workouts vary with aspects including strength, functional training, core training, and flexibility.

Tabata Strength
A high-energy, total-body strength class using timed intervals of work and rest. You’ll combine dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve endurance, and stay challenged. All fitness levels welcome with options provided.
