Community Wellness at the Y

At the Y, we believe that well-being is a journey best taken together. That’s why we offer free community classes designed to support your health, connect you with others, and help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re navigating a health challenge or simply looking to learn something new, there’s a place for you here. These classes are open to everyone, because building a healthier community starts with access for all.

Community Breakfast

Get to know your neighbors with Community Breakfast! This fan-favorite community event takes place inside the West Y multipurpose room on the first Friday of each month from October through April. The program was created to spark friendly conversation in a welcoming environment; attendees are encouraged to stay as long (or as short) as they’d like. All are welcome, regardless of membership status. Registration is required but the food is free.

Wellness Workshops

Empowering you with knowledge and connection.

Our Wellness Workshops are free, one-time sessions that explore important topics like mental health, fall prevention, injury recovery, and more. Led by knowledgeable Y staff and trusted community partners, each workshop is designed to help you feel more informed, supported, and confident in your wellness journey. Come learn, ask questions, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space.
