Adult Swim Lessons

Whether you’re new to swimming or looking to refine your technique, our adult swim lessons are designed to meet you where you are. With a flexible format tailored to individual goals, you’ll build confidence, improve your swimming ability, and boost your overall fitness in a supportive, social environment. Make swimming a fun and rewarding part of your routine—no matter your starting point.

Level 1

Perfect for adults who are new to swimming or experience anxiety around water. This class builds trust and comfort through gentle, individualized instruction in a small-group setting. Held in our warm therapy pool, participants are introduced to essential skills like floating, breath control, and safe water entry—building a foundation of confidence and personal water safety.

Level 2

Ready to go beyond the basics? This level focuses on improving freestyle efficiency, introducing side breathing, and exploring additional strokes like backstroke and breaststroke. Ideal for recreational swimmers, beginner triathletes, or those looking to swim laps with greater ease and confidence. Classes emphasize technique that’s simple, effective, and tailored to your pace.

Level 3

Designed for swimmers who want to refine all four strokes and build endurance. You’ll work on stroke mechanics, pacing, and learn how to structure effective workouts—whether your goal is a triathlon, joining a Masters swim group, or simply swimming longer, stronger, and more efficiently. Great for adults who want to take their swim training to the next level.
