YMCA Personal Training
Transform your fitness journey with one-on-one attention or small group training (up to 4 people). Our nationally certified trainers help you overcome plateaus, ensure proper form, and provide motivation. Reach goals faster, prevent injuries, and enjoy the process.

Community Wellness
Connect beyond fitness with open community breakfasts, wellness workshops, and our Social Responsibility series covering topics like scam prevention, grief support, and addiction. We partner with Munson Medical Center for our 8-week Matter of Balance course for older adults, plus offer various senior events.

LiveSTRONG
We empower cancer survivors to reclaim their well-being through twice-weekly sessions with specially trained staff. Build strength, flexibility, and confidence while connecting with others on similar journeys.
This evidence-based program, offered at hundreds of Ys nationwide, has helped countless survivors enhance their quality of life and reduce cancer-related fatigue.

Healthy Aging and Chronic Disease Prevention
Wellness has no age limit. Our evidence-based programs strengthen the spirit, mind and body while building meaningful connections:
- Enhanced Fitness offers gentle, effective exercises that improve strength and energy, especially beneficial for those with arthritis
- Ageless Grace – Parkinson’s Edition combines natural movements with brain fitness activities to maintain independence and cognitive function
- Matter of Balance empowers adults with practical strategies to manage fall concerns and stay active with confidence
- Power Through Parkinson’s, offered with the Michigan Parkinson Foundation, combines PWR! Moves and boxing drills to improve strength and coordination in a supportive environment.
