An energetic cardio workout using a variety of modalities & equipment to train fitness, agility, coordination and strength. Inspired by functional integrated exercises, circuit training and sports drills to make you feel like an athlete in training.
A full hour of this cardio blast where we'll be doing a mixed martial arts athletic warm-up, shadow boxing, glove and mitt partner work, and a unique, functional core finisher.
CARDIO STRENGTH CIRCUIT
1:1 high intensity intervals of cardio and strength are the foundation of this total body conditioning class that will strengthen your heart as well as your muscles!
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress.
Total body conditioning with an emphasis on strengthening the core muscles, like lower back and abs. Body weight, free weights, and other tools are used to keep your heart rate elevated and muscles challenged.
CORE FOCUS TOGETHER
Core Focus Together gives you three-dimensional strength training in 30 action-packed minutes. A stronger core improves athletic performance, enhances movement health, and helps prevent back pain. Coaching and music will push you through it.

This class focuses on using stationary bikes to simulate a 45-minute outdoor ride experience. We challenge our bodies by using resistance and speed on a bike while listening to great music and having fun!

ENHANCE FITNESS (ACTIVE OLDER)
Includes a warm-up, low impact cardio, strength and stretching. This class uses wrist and ankle weights for upper and lower body strength exercises. Everyone has a chair and all of the exercises can be done from a standing or sitting position.
Combining Pilates, yoga and dynamic, functional movement this class will increase overall body strength, mobility, and flexibility all while connecting your mind and body through your breath.
This class will blend a variety of strength training techniques to challenge muscle strength and develop muscle endurance. The class format will utilize kettlebells, hand weights, resistance bands and more to accomplish your strength training goals.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Each class will be guided through Sun Salutations, standing poses and seated poses. There will always be options to take a gentler or more challenging approach to each pose.
MOBILITY ROLLING & STRETCHING
Using foam rollers and other equipment, we will explore multiple methods of movement for recovery, mobility and flexibility to improve both injury prevention and our overall quality of movement.
Stemming from the Baptiste method, this challenging Power Yoga class moves quickly with each inhalation and exhalation through a range of poses to build overall body strength with an emphasis on the core, marrying body and mind through the breath.
Slow Flow Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. A Slow Flow class will help you find space between poses while retaining a gentle rhythm. Moving slowly helps build strength and mobility. A perfect place to start!
STRENGTH AND LENGTH
40 minutes strength with a nice, long stretch at the end. This class will improve balance, posture, and strength by using your own bodyweight, plus weights and other equipment. Intermediate to advanced fitness level.
STRENGTH AND STRETCH (ACTIVE OLDER)
Half strength, half stretch class will improve balance, posture, and flexibility. Learn how to use your own body, plus light weights and bands. Appropriate for all levels.
This class offers a variety of fitness challenges for upper body, lower body and core. Be the first to discover your personal strengths through resistance and total body weight exercises. You’ll be amazed with your accomplishments and results.
STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER
Using and adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises.
A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A fitness based approach to Vinyasa style flow. This class builds strength, flexibility and concentration while relaxing the body and calming the mind. Class may include variations of Sun Salutations as well as standing and seated poses.
Our WERQouts are designed to give you the best sweat with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps. WERQ instructors build a heart-pumping playlist featuring the hottest pop and hip-hop music. Each week, new choreography is introduced, so you can WERQ the routines you know and have the opportunity to challenge yourself with the ones you’re learning.
WHITTLE YOUR MIDDLE
Your core is key! These 45 minute packed workouts focus on everything from your shoulders to waist, front to back, and side to side to strengthen your abs, core, back, and obliques. Hit the entire abdominal area to help you whittle your middle.
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space and time to turn inward and tune into your body-mind.
This class is a mixture of flow and holding poses. Flexibility, ROM and some core strength are components. Good for all levels. If knees are an issue I in courage you to use a chair for modification.
A Yoga-Pilates Fusion Class, combining Pilates' core strengthening with Vinyasa Flow Yoga, postural work and some deep myofascial release. This challenging total body strengthener will fire up your core and lengthen all your major muscle groups!
Burn up to 1,000 calories while having the best time ever. It takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
ZUMBA GOLD (ACTIVE OLDER)
A modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
