CARDIO FUSION
An energetic cardio workout using a variety of modalities & equipment to train fitness, agility, and strength.
CARDIO STRENGTH CIRCUIT
1:1 ratio of high intensity cardio and strength intervals are the foundation of this total body conditioning class.
CHAIR YOGA
A gentle form of yoga done while sitting or standing using a chair for support. Improve your flexibility, concentration, and strength.
CORE CONNECTION
Total body conditioning strengthening the core muscles. Body weight, free weights, and other tools are used to keep your heart rate elevated, and muscles challenged.
CORE FOCUS TOGETHER
Core Focus Together gives you three-dimensional core training in 30 action-packed minutes. Improve athletic performance, enhance movement health, and prevent back pain while coaching and music motivate you.
CYCLE FIT+
Cardio, Strength and Core all in one in this Cycle class.
CYCLE 45
Indoor cycling simulates a 45-minute outdoor ride experience. Challenge resistance and speed while listening to great music and having fun!
ENHANCE FITNESS (ACTIVE OLDER)
Includes a warm-up, low impact cardio, strength and stretching. This class uses wrist and ankle weights for upper and lower body strength exercises. Everyone has a chair, and all of the exercises can be done from a standing or sitting position.
EQUILIBRIUM
Recover with Pilates, yoga and foam rolling. Improve mobility and flexibility, while reducing pain and stiffness.
FITNESS FUSION
This energetic cross training workout using a variety of modalities & equipment to train fitness, agility, and strength.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Each class will be guided through Sun Salutations, standing poses and seated poses. There will always be options to take a gentler or more challenging approach to each pose.
GENTLE YOGA
A gentle yoga practice performed at a slower pace with less intense poses. Class includes relaxation and breath work as you are guided through lying, standing, and seated poses. Great for beginners.
SLOW FLOW
Slow Flow Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. A Slow Flow class will help you find space between poses while retaining a gentle rhythm.
STRENGTH AND LENGTH
40 minutes strength with a nice, long stretch at the end. This class will improve balance and posture by using your own bodyweight, plus weights and other equipment.
STRENGTH AND STRETCH (ACTIVE OLDER)
Half strength, half stretch class will improve balance, posture, and flexibility. Learn how to use your own body, plus light weights and bands.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT
This class offers a variety of fitness challenges for upper body, lower body and core in a circuit format.
STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER
Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight for functional integrated exercises.
STRONG NATION
A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A fitness-based yoga flow class, building strength, flexibility and concentration while relaxing the body and calming the mind.
BALANCED CORE
Your core is key! This 45 minute packed core workout focuses on your abs, core, back, and obliques.
YOGA
This class is a mixture of flow and holding poses. Flexibility, ROM and relaxation are key components. Good for all levels.
YOGALATES+
A Yoga-Pilates Fusion Class, combining core strengthening, flow yoga, postural work and myofascial release. This challenging total body strengthener will fire up your core and lengthen all your major muscle groups!
ZUMBA
Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style fitness party.
ZUMBA GOLD (ACTIVE OLDER)
A modified Zumba® class using the original moves you love at a lower intensity. Class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
CENTRAL GROUP FITNESS
ENERGETICS (ACTIVE OLDER)
This class focuses on functional training for older adults. Energetics combines cardio, balance, strength and flexibility.
STRONG BODY
Workouts vary with aspects including strength, functional training, core work and flexibility.
