SHORT SPORTS
Short Sports is a playful, high-energy program designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of different sports in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Geared toward ages 3–5, each three-week session focuses on one sport—giving kids the chance to build basic skills, burn off energy, and develop confidence through active play.
Our goal is to spark a lifelong love of movement, teamwork, and trying new things—because at this age, it’s all about learning through fun!

Basketball
Bounce into basketball! This introductory program is designed for kids ages 3-5 to explore the fundamentals of basketball in a fun and active environment. Through engaging games and simple drills, little athletes will learn how to dribble, pass, shoot, and play basic defense, all while building coordination, teamwork, and confidence.
Each 30-minute session focuses on movement, social interaction, and developing a love for the game. With plenty of encouragement and hands-on activities, kids will stay active and excited to learn.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to join in, creating a supportive and playful atmosphere for their child’s first steps into sports. No experience necessary, just bring your smiles and sneakers!
Flag Football
Our Short Sports Flag Football program is a high-energy, beginner-friendly way to introduce kids ages 3-5 to the fundamentals of football, without any tackling! Using soft belts with easy-to-pull flags, children will learn how to run, catch, throw, and most importantly, have fun while being active with their teammates.
This non-competitive program focuses on the basics of the game through silly games and short drills designed just for little ones. We will help kids build coordination, listening skills, and confidence while emphasizing teamwork, taking turns, and following simple directions.
Each session is full of movement, cheers, and fun challenges, all in a safe and supportive environment where every child gets a chance to shine.
Soccer
Kick off the fun! This 30-minute beginner soccer program is specially designed for children ages 3-5 to learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun, supportive environment. Through age-appropriate drills and playful activities, kids will practice passing, shooting, and basic ball control while also developing important motor skills like balance, coordination, and agility.
Each session encourages teamwork, listening skills, and confidence-building, all while keeping little ones active and engaged. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate alongside their child, helping create a positive and encouraging experience for our youngest athletes.
No prior experience needed, just bring your energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to play!
