Employee Referral Program

At the Y, we believe great people know great people—that’s why we created the Employee Referral Program. When you refer someone to join the team at the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA, you could earn up to $350!

Here’s how it works:

Submit a referral for any open position. If your referral is hired and remains employed for six months, you both receive a bonus payout! Bonus amounts vary depending on whether the position is part-time or full-time, and both employees must be in good standing at the time of payout.
