At the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA, we believe that health, wellness, and belonging should be within reach for everyone—regardless of income or life circumstance. That’s why we offer our financial assistance program designed to ensure no one is turned away due to financial barriers. Individuals and families can receive reduced rates for memberships and programs, including swim lessons, youth sports, child care, and wellness offerings. Support is based on household income and individual needs, and made possible through the generosity of donors and community partners.

How to Apply

Applying is simple. Complete an application and submit it along with the required documentation. Our team will work with you to determine a rate that fits your budget.
