All first-time clients receive two one-hour sessions:
- Initial Assessment & Goal Planning: We’ll talk through your goals, assess where you’re starting, and create a realistic, motivating plan that fits your lifestyle.
- Follow-Up Session: We’ll check in on progress, answer questions, adjust your plan as needed, and help you stay on track with strategies you can carry forward.
