Healthy Weight Loss Program (Ages 15+)

Build healthy habits that last with this supportive eight-week wellness journey. Each week, you’ll meet with a certified personal trainer and a small group of peers for guided discussions on nutrition, lifestyle, and goal setting—followed by a one-hour group training session. You’ll gain practical tools, personalized support, and motivation from others walking a similar path. No gimmicks—just real progress, one step at a time.

Barbells for Beginners (Ages 15+)

Curious about strength training but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly program introduces you to the fundamentals of barbell lifts and safe techniques in a supportive, hands-on environment. Learn how to confidently incorporate barbell training into your routine and discover the physical and mental benefits of building strength. Space is limited—join us and get stronger, one lift at a time.

Women’s Lift (Ages 15+)

Feel strong. Build confidence. Women’s Lift is a welcoming small group training program designed to help women explore strength training at their own pace. You’ll learn how to use barbells, dumbbells, machines, and more—while developing proper form and foundational movement patterns. Led by a certified personal trainer, this class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to feel more empowered in the weight room.

Group Gains (Ages 15+)

Progress is more powerful together. Group Gains offers small group personal training (up to 5 participants) with a focus on accountability, energy, and results. Each session is led by a certified personal trainer who will guide your group through challenging and effective workouts tailored to your goals. Whether you’re new to fitness or ready to level up, you’ll benefit from the shared momentum of a supportive team.

Next Level Strength & Conditioning (Ages 15+)

Looking to push past plateaus and take your fitness further? This advanced training program blends the individualized attention of personal training with the energy of group fitness. Sessions include compound strength lifts followed by high-intensity conditioning that incorporates core work, cardio, and free weights. Ideal for experienced participants looking to boost performance, build strength, and increase endurance.

TRX Group Training (Ages 15+)

Build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability—all using your own bodyweight. This six-week progressive training program uses TRX Suspension Trainers to challenge your entire body. As you grow stronger, the exercises evolve with you. Great for all fitness levels, with expert guidance to help you feel strong and supported every step of the way.

Holiday Hustle Wellness Challenge (Ages 15+)

Stay active, stay motivated, and feel your best this holiday season. The Holiday Hustle is an 8-week challenge designed to help you keep wellness a priority—with weekly movement and mindset challenges, access to small group training, expert tips from certified trainers, and a chance to win fun prizes. Build habits that carry you into the new year feeling energized and strong.

Winter Sports Conditioning (Ages 15+)

Get ready to hit the slopes—or the trails—feeling strong and confident. This program is designed for skiers, snowboarders, cross-country trekkers, and snowshoers who want to build the strength, stability, and endurance needed for winter sports. Led by a certified personal trainer who’s also a certified ski and snowboard instructor, this class will help you make the most of your winter season.
