Designed for those new to the gym or strength training—or anyone looking to refine their technique—Women’s Lift helps you understand how strength training can be an empowering and effective exercise for women. Led by certified personal trainer Danni, this program will boost your comfort and confidence in the gym.
Barbells for Beginners (Age 15+)
This program will provide you with an introduction to barbell training. Members will be taught proper techniques in various major barbell exercises and basic programming to incorporate into their training. Explore the benefits of weightlifting including mental and physical.

From squats and deadlifts to TRX, balance training, and free weights, each Lift Lab offers hands-on coaching in a supportive environment—perfect for trying new techniques, building confidence, and enhancing your fitness routine.

Next Level Strength & Conditioning (Age 15+)
Next Level Strength & Conditioning combines the individualized attention of personal training with the dynamic energy of group fitness. Each session kicks off with compound strength training exercises to build total body strength, followed by a high-intensity conditioning workout. The conditioning segment incorporates bodyweight exercises, free weights, core work, and cardio, designed to boost cardiovascular health, enhance endurance, and elevate overall fitness. Whether you're looking to increase strength, improve endurance, or push your fitness to the next level, this program delivers a comprehensive workout for all fitness levels.
Squat Squad (Age 15+)
Join this intermediate-level strength program designed to help women master squat form and elevate overall lower-body performance. From mobility and control to power and endurance, each week targets a new focus with intentional progression. Whether you?re chasing PRs or just want to feel stronger and more confident, this fun, group-based program will help you get there, one squat at a time. Strength & Balance for Seniors (Age 15+)

TRX Group Suspension (Age 15+)
A progressive group training program that will push you to new levels of strength using TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Throughout the six-week program, you will advance on exercises and workouts as you build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. All levels are welcome.
