Join this 8-week program and gain nutrition knowledge, weigh-ins, exercise plans and accountability to get ready for spring break, or meet your goals with highly motivated individuals.

SPRING BREAK CHALLENGE

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • Getting started meeting with Olivia
  • Daily Calorie and BMI Calculator
  • Nutrition
  • Exercise log
  • Private Facebook group access for accountability
  • 3 weigh-ins at the beginning, half way and finish
  • Participants who achieve 32 stamps during the 8 week period will receive a water bottle filled with healthy goodies

WHEN:

JANUARY 29 – MARCH 23 2018

1st weigh-in & packet pick-up: January 29 7:00-8:00am or 5:30-7:00pm

The beauty of this group is that you get to workout on your time. Get your exercise log stamped by a fitness floor staff member before or after your workout.

Workouts can include your own plan on the fitness floor, a group exercise class, swimming laps, walking laps and many more! The goal of this program is to get at least 4 stamps per week.

PRIZES:

Grand prize: Most stamps on exercise log and highest % of original weigh-in lost.

1st place: Highest % of original weigh-in lost.

2nd place: Second highest % of original weigh-in lost.

3rd place: Third highest % of original weigh-in lost.
