COMMUNITY BOARD POSTING POLICIES

  • Material must not be larger than 8.5×11″ (please don’t bring posters or flyers larger than this)
  • Advertisement must be for a family-friendly or health-centric event, not a business or continuous promotion
  • All content and pictures must be family-friendly appropriate
  • No business cards will be accepted
  • We do not recruit for any other organizations
  • We do not advertise for events or promotions that directly compete with our programs and services at the Y
  • All materials must be approved and initialed by the Marketing Director before being posted to the board
  • To submit your material for approval, please leave with the Member Services Desk

DIGITAL ADVERTISING ON TV’s

The advertisements seen on the TV’s in the West fitness facility, the Central fitness facility, and the South lobby, are controlled by a 3rd party, Monitor Productions. If you’d like to inquire about advertising your business on these monitors, please call Scott MacDougall at 815-719-3171.
